About MD Cleaning Service
MD Cleaning Services is a growing cleaning services provider located in Gauteng. Our specialty is cleaning after functions such as weddings, funerals, parties and sporting events. We provide a range of cleaning services for events, commercial and industrial clients. We also work along with real agents in order to arrange end of lease clean ups for residential properties.
Our scope is to accomplish all private, commercial and industrial cleaning needs by offering personalized and customized services that are designed for each client’s needs. Our focus is mainly in Pretoria, but we are happy to travel to any part of Gauteng to meet your cleaning needs.
MD Cleaning Services brings a fresh and professional approach to cleaning services; our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by offering outstanding customer service, exceptional quality, and add greater value for the service.
We aim to use latest model cleaning equipment, and we use environmental friendly cleaning products. We use a cleaning system that prevents any misuse of chemicals and protects the health and safety of our valuable clients. Staffs are educated to notify the management about any work place hazards and safety issues in order to prevent future injuries.We have an occupational health and safety plan in use, to prevent any injuries and to maintain a safe work environment for our workers and to minimize the risk of any injuries to the general public.
Our Team
MD Cleaning Services has a small sized company structure. The management oversees the workers and provides enough support to carry out a certain task in a professional manner. All our staff are highly trained and our company is always chosen for its integrity and client satisfaction.
MD Cleaning Services is owned and managed by both partners Mbali & Daisy. They both have different backgrounds.
Mbali Valashiya
Position
Mbali Valashiya is a lecturer at the Tshwane University of Technology. She specializes in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She is qualified with a Btech Degree Logistics from Tshwane University of Technology, BCom Honours Logistics from University of Johannesburg and graduated for MCom Business Management with supply chain specialization at the University of Johannesburg.
She further holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) obtained from the University of Pretoria. Her interest include research and community development.
Daisy Pheme
Position
Daisy Pheme is a lecturer at the Tshwane University of Technology specializing in Sport/ Marketing management. She is qualified with a BTech Degree Sport Management and holds a MTech Marketing degree obtained at Tshwane University of Technology. She further holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) obtained from the University of Pretoria.
Furthermore, currently a managing director of Precision Projects Consultants also founder of Botho N Cosmetics. She has worked as an administrator (Enrollment and Planning section) and as a sport manager at the Tshwane University of Technology. Moreover, she has worked for Eendracht Primary School as a sport coordinator. She also worked for organizations such as Virgin Active, Procter and Gamble and ADIDAS SA.
